Want to know if your site is suitable to develop or if asbestos fibres are present in the soil? We conduct asbestos in soil analysis using the BRANZ guidelines for assessing and managing asbestos in soil, used to determine current and historical asbestos contamination.
If asbestos building products have been uncovered within the ground during excavation, asbestos in soil analysis is required to determine the extent of contamination.

Asbestos Surveys are an effective way of meeting your legal obligations as a business or property owner and ensures your tenants are kept safe in terms of asbestos exposure. If you are fully demolishing a residential building, and it was built pre 2000, you must have an Asbestos Survey carried out.
